Electrolytic aluminum refers to a process of making pure aluminum by electrolytic aluminum bauxite or alumina and other substances. The main process includes pre-treatment, electrolysis and post-treatment three stages, the pre-treatment stage refers to the raw materials for crushing, screening, soaking and washing treatment, in order to remove impurities and water, improve the efficiency of electrolysis. In this process, the ore block needs to be broken into small particles and then screened to separate the particles that meet the requirements. Then, the particles are soaked in an acid solution, so that they decompose, remove the aluminum element, wash clean, you can get pure aluminum oxide for electrolysis. The electrolytic stage is the core process of producing pure aluminum. The post-treatment stage refers to the processing and treatment of pure aluminum after electrolysis to obtain aluminum products that meet the requirements, and pure aluminum needs to be melted, cast, rolling, stretching and other multi-channel processes to produce aluminum, aluminum foil, aluminum plate, aluminum rod and other products of different shapes and uses. In this process, it is necessary to pay attention to the physical and chemical properties of pure aluminum to ensure the quality and stability of the product.
